LED chip의 광추출 효율을 극대화하기 위한 PSS(patterned sapphire substrate) 구조 생성에 사용되는 etching resist pattern을 stepper 공정이 아닌 imprint 공정으로 대체함으로써 stepper에서 달성하기 힘든 미세 패턴의 구현 능력을 제공합니다. Resist pattern을 이용하여 sapphire wafer에 원하는 PSS 형상을 etching 균일하게 etching 해낼 수 있는 ICP etcher 능력 을 제공합니다.

Image sensor 용 혹은 IR sensor 용으로 사용되는 Si lens를 제작하기 위해 Si wafer etching 공정을 거치게 되는데 lens 형태의 etch resist를 균일하게 Si wafer로 에칭 하여 렌즈를 구현 할 수 있는 Etcher 공정 능력을 제공합니다.
Micro lens형태의 etch resist 패턴을 구현하기 위해 사용되는 PR reflow 공정을 음각 lens 형태를 가진 mold를 이용하여 임프린트 공정을 통해 한번의 공정으로 균일한 렌즈 형태의 resist pattern 구현 가능하게 합니다.
